Spurrier Hill Homes is Tennessee’s first luxury micro-villa community built for veteran seniors. Located in the heart of Johnson City’s economic development zone and just steps from the VA Hospital, it offers an intimate neighborhood of 12 luxury micro-villas. Designed for those who get it—veterans who understand purpose, camaraderie, and what real support looks like—residents enjoy privacy and connection within a built-in brotherhood, with integrated support from My Dignity Personal Care Services to preserve independence and dignity.
